  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges are currently available in the United States and Canada and must be done within 30 days of receiving your order. 
  • Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached (if your item had tags when you received it). As part of our sustainability efforts, we are removing the tags from all new products so don't be alarmed if you receive an item with no tags on.
  • Women’s swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is still intact.
  • Men’s swimwear can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Underwear can be returned as long as the hygiene strip has not been removed. 
  • If an item is marked as Final Sale, this item is non-returnable.
  • Face masks cannot be returned or refunded due to health protection reasons.
  • Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.
  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
  • For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first. 
  • Returns registered separately cannot be returned as one, even if they are from the same order. Combining registered returns will slow down the refund process!
  • Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned our way (that’s not a Zagros & Co. item) will be the responsibility of the sender, not Zagros & Co. We’ll always do our very best to help out, but unfortunately can’t make any promises!

When will I receive my order?

It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.

The shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are:

US Domestic shipments: 3-4 business days

International shipments: 5-15 business days

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

What do I need to know about ordering internationally?

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself.

End recipient is responsible for these fees. We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us here. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense.


What does limited quantity mean?

We will always make less then what the market demands; so, once we are out of stock, we will never replace it with the same thing.

What does handmade mean?

It means an expert tailor sewed the components of your garment together skillfully using a sewing machine.  

How are your products made?

We work with expert tailors around the world, who work in an ethical and sustainable working environment, using only the highest quality materials.
